Dr Ros is the founder of Calla Training and RosMedics, an aesthetics clinic in Cardiff. She divides her time between her aesthetics work and the polytrauma unit at the University Hospital of Wales. She has also worked as a consultant pharmacist and as a pharmacy owner before taking her medical degree, giving her a wealth of pharmaceutical, medical and aesthetics knowledge.
